Advanced Placement
The two most common ways students earn college credit while in high school is through advanced placement (AP) courses or through taking actual college courses (in Ohio this is called the Post-Secondary Option).
Post-Secondary Option
The Post-Secondary Option courses transfer to Ohio State just as if you were transferring as a current university student.
- Help you graduate early or on time.
- Allow you to squeeze in an extra internship.
- Let you to participate in more than one study abroad program.
- Give you the flexibility to take additional courses that you would not have been able to take otherwise.
