Our alumni have advanced the frontiers of food, agricultural, and environmental sciences—driving innovation, strengthening communities, and shaping a more sustainable world. They lead in diverse fields across Ohio, the nation, and the globe, embodying the Buckeye spirit of service, discovery, and impact. At the heart of this proud network is the CFAES Alumni Society Board of Directors.

Representing a wide range of majors, generations, and backgrounds, these dedicated leaders have distinguished themselves through their professional achievements and their commitment to improving the lives of others. Collectively, they serve as an essential voice in shaping the direction, priorities, and values of the CFAES community. Their guidance helps ensure that the college continues to prepare future Buckeyes to meet the challenges and opportunities of an ever‑changing world.

Our Mission

The mission of the CFAES Alumni Society Board of Directors is to foster a vibrant, engaged community of alumni dedicated to advancing the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences. We support lifelong relationships among alumni, students, faculty, staff, and partners; promote opportunities for professional growth and volunteer leadership; and champion the college’s commitment to education, innovation, and service. Through advocacy, connection, and collaboration, we strengthen the impact of CFAES and empower future generations of Buckeyes to improve the world through food, agricultural, and environmental sciences.

Applications to join the Board are accepted on a rolling basis. Chosen board members typically serve a three-year term. Departments, geographic areas, classes, and at large leaders are represented and at large leaders are represented on the Board.
