Tip 1: Agricultural Outlook: The U.S.-China trade war and its effects on farmers will be one of the many topics at the 2018 Agricultural Policy and Outlook Conference on The Ohio State University’s Columbus campus on Nov. 2. The Department of Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics (AEDE), part of the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences (CFAES), is sponsoring the event. The speakers will be AEDE faculty, CFAES leaders and members of Ohio’s agricultural community. Read a press release about the event at go.osu.edu/CdDz. She’s written a book with the same title as her seminar. Ohio State’s Initiative for Food and AgriCultural Transformation and Department of Anthropology are co-sponsoring the event. It’s set for 3 p.m. in Room 4012, Smith Laboratory. Contact Cheryl Fischnich, fischnich.1@osu.edu, for more information.
