Join Registered Dietitians from JamesCarefor Life and OSU Extension to learn how to make your plate more plant focused and why this may help reduce your risk for cancer. We will be discussing the health benefits of a plant based diet (not vegetarian) and how it can help lower risk for cancer and other disease. Recipes will be shared, and a cooking demonstration with tasting will be included in this free session!
