Millennials are no longer simply entering a multi-generational workforce; many are leading it.   As of 2015,  the majority of employees in the workforce are now Millennials, and many are being promoted to supervisory leadership positions.  This generation of highly educated 20-30 somethings tend to have an unconventional supervisory style, which can be a source of inspiration... or conflict. To be an effective supervisor it is important for a Millennial to understand the  work values and management preferences of the other generations. Millennial leaders can utilize soft skills and self-awareness to address them.

You’ll leave the workshop knowing how to:

  • Identify the main cultural and attitudinal differences of the generations
  • Utilize soft skills to best lead Gen X’ers and Baby Boomers
  • Practice self-awareness to improve leadership skills

This workshop is designed specifically for Millennials in leadership positions, but may be beneficial to others.

Facilitated by Danae Wolfe and Jamie Seger.
