Maple Syrup Grading (Cancelled)
Ohio State's Les Ober and Future Generations University's Mike Rechlin will take you through the process of grading syrup. Bring a pint of your best syrup to use in this workshop. Want to have your refractometer tested? Bring it along as well.
The workshop will start at 4pm and run until 6:30 pm when dinner will be served.
