Mental Wellness - Wonder Woman Wednesday Series

Learn why some have called mindfulness a “superpower”! Along with topics like healthy eating and exercise, mindfulness is gaining recognition as an important part of healthy lifestyle. OSU Extension offers an overview on the science behind the art of mindfulness. We encourage you to practice mindfulness to decrease stress and increase enjoyment in your life.

Patrice Powers-Barker is facilitating this session.
