When Good Intentions Backfire: Understanding the Impacts of Common Microaggressions

This highly interactive 60-minute program will take a deeper dive into frequently witnessed and initiated microaggressions. Participants will work in small groups to identify the intention and impact of a variety of real-life microaggression scenarios. Basic knowledge about microaggressions is required. It is strongly recommended that participants first attend the program Introduction to Microaggressions: Small Actions That Have a Big Impact
