Partridge is Chair of the C. William Swank Program in Rural-Urban Policy, is an economic consultant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and has affiliations with School of Economics, Jinan Univ. Guangzhou, China and Social Sciences Dept., Gran Sasso Science Institute, L’Aquila, Italy.
