  1. Ohio State awarded eight research projects $491,000 from its Opioid Innovation Fund to tackle different aspects of the opioid-addiction crisis.

  2. Children and urban garden

    "Our Common Home: A Youth-Based Approach to Food Security" has earned the Emerging International Engagement Award.

  3. The CFAES "eFields: Connecting Science to Fields" project has been selected to receive the 2018 Emerging Community Engagement award from The Ohio State University.

  4. Of the six projects recently funded by the Battelle Engineering, Technology and Human Affairs (BETHA) Endowment annual grant competition, two of them were from CFAES.

    Five faculty members and two graduate students have earned awards from the North American Colleges and Teachers of Agriculture (NACTA) for 2018.
