Kate Hodges joined the team in October 2024 as Northeast Ohio Ag Innovation Center Business Planning Specialist. As a first-generation farmer focused on production for her own farm’s line of value-added products, Kate brings over 10 years of first-hand experience to the NEO-AIC. Known throughout the Central Ohio region as a resource for peers and a frequent presenter at area agricultural conferences, she holds a particular passion for farm viability and holistic business practices.
