Marne Titchenell serves as the Extension Wildlife Program Director at The Ohio State University, based in the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences, within the School of Environment and Natural Resources. With a background in wildlife management and forestry, Marne provides a variety of educational programs, workshops, conferences, and publications centered on wildlife ecology and biology, habitat management for wildlife, and managing conflicts between humans and wildlife. She takes a collaborative approach to her work, partnering with landowners, natural resource experts, and local officials to meet communities’ wildlife education and outreach needs.
Marne was fortunate to discover her passion for wildlife conservation and outreach education early in her career and is committed to helping young people explore their interests and find what inspires them. She works to spark interest in wildlife and forest management and the many career paths connected to them. At home, she gets her inspiration from her own two little nature-enthusiasts, her daughters, Cora and Isla.
