Regina has served the Department of Horticulture and Crop Science (HCS) for more than 30 years, with a significant role supporting graduate students for the majority of this time. As the department’s Academic Program Manager, she oversees all aspects of graduate program operations while also advising the HCS Graduate Student Association (GSA) and coordinating internships for the Sustainable Plant Systems and Sustainable Agriculture majors. Her professional excellence has been recognized with multiple awards, including the 2024 CFAES Special Recognition Award, the Gamma Sigma Delta Service Award of Merit (2012), the Shirley Brooks Jones Staff Citizenship Award (2006), and the HCS Staff Award for Excellence (2002). She has a Masters’ in Public Policy and Management from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at OSU and a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Otterbein University. She previously served on the CFAES Staff Advisory Council and is currently on the OSU Graduate and Professional Admissions Advisory Council.
